The method of plate making generally has two methods of engraving and photosensitive plate making. In the photosensitive plate making method, a direct method can be used for manufacturing a printing plate having strong printing durability. This method is inferior to the photosensitive film of the screen plate when printing, so the image quality is poor and quality is required. For higher images, it is best to use indirect plate making.
For prints with low print counts and low quality requirements, manual printing is most convenient. If the amount is large and a certain quality is required, a high-precision fully automatic printing machine is required. Since the materials, quality and shape of screen printing vary widely, there are many types of printing machines.
